The 9:00 Traditional Service, complete with the Chancel Choir.
Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church offers two different Sunday morning worship services dedicated to praising the Lord. Also, sponsored by CrossOver Ministry is a worship service offered the fourth Sunday of every month in the evening. Read about the worship services here and come and see what it’s all about!
The listed times below are the current worship times. In the fall, the Traditional Worship Service will begin at 9:30 am and the Contemporary at 11:00 am.
WORSHIP SERVICES
Traditional Worship | Sundays at 9:00 am
The traditional service meets in our Sanctuary and features classic hymns performed by our Chancel Choir and organists. The time-honored creeds of our faith, communion, baptisms and excellent teaching by our senior and associate pastors affirm the centrality of God’s Word to our faith.
Children’s Church: All children begin in worship with their families. After the doxology, preschool through 3rd grade and their teachers are invited to continue worship in Room 104.
Contemporary Worship | Sundays at 11:15 am
The Contemporary Service meets in our Worship & Activities Center (Great Room) and includes a praise band with guitars, drums, and keyboards accompanied by multimedia video and PowerPoint. The same teaching and sacraments of the Traditional Service are a feature of the Contemporary Service.
Children’s Church: All children begin in worship with their families. After the doxology, preschool through 3rd grade and their teachers are invited to continue worship in Room 229.
