Adult Discipleship
We offer many programs for adults of all ages and interests. Through these programs, and the people you meet in them, you will encounter the fullness of a life lived with God. Continue reading for descriptions of a few of our adult programs.
Adult Discipleship Opportunities:
Grow Your Faith:
On Sundays, classes meet at 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM. On Thursdays, classes meet at 6:15 PM. To see what is being offered when (and where), please go to the Grow Your Faith page (under construction).
Men’s Ministry:
The Fall Retreat is in the planning stages. Please stop back soon for more information.
The Retired Men’s Luncheon Group meets every third Thursday in Fellowship Hall from noon-2:30 pm with lunch and guest speakers.

Women’s Ministry:
MOPS: The Pleasant Hills chapter of Mothers of PreSchoolers meets Fridays at 9:00 AM. On the first and third Fridays, they meet in Fellowship Hall and have a group meeting. On the second and fourth Fridays, they meet in the Parlor for a Bible study. In late March, they have the SuperSale where items for infants and children and the home can be purchased. They also have wonderful baked goods for sale. For more information, please see the MOPS page (under construction).
Precepts Women’s Bible Study: A multi-media Bible study led by Kristin Palmer and Linda Sue Boehmer that meets 9:15-11:00 am on Wednesdays.
Women’s Circles: There are three Women’s Circle Bible studies that meet once a month:
- Sarah’s Circle, the first Wednesday of each month, 9:30 am in the Parlor starting October 6, 2010,
- Esther’s Circle, the first Wednesday of each month, 7 pm in individual homes starting October 6, 2010,
- Deborah’s Circle, the third Tuesday of the month, 7 pm in the Parlor starting September 21. 2010.
