Church Assement Tool Survey Results
On Monday evening, July 18, Susan Czolgosz of Holy Cow! Consultants presented the results of the church’s Church Assessment Tool survey, along with detailed analysis, to our church Leadership Conference. The report is quite detailed, outlining key areas where our faith community needs to focus its efforts. The results have been posted to the church website as a 49 page PDF file. All members are strongly encouraged to review the report and associated analysis.
Members have indicated that the survey was not able to capture their individual thoughts and observations adequately. In phase two of the transition process, members were asked to voice their opinions in a series of Focus Group meetings. The members of the Transition Team (along with facilitators who have volunteered their time) gathered your individual input on key areas of concern revealed in the results of the Holy Cow! survey. Your input will help us to ‘Focus’ in on where we are heading as a faith community, and who will lead us in that direction!
